The ICAR – National Research Centre on Camel organized a National level Symposium cum Stakeholders’ Meet on topic “Importance, Innovation and improvement in processing of non-bovine animal produce for successful entrepreneurship” during 14- 15 March, 2024. In all more than 150 different stakeholders, including camel rearer, pastoralist, scientific- technical staff of ICAR institutes, Rajasthan State animal science university, food processor, industry representative, students and entrepreneurs joined the discussion during various sessions of the event. The innovative approaches to harness the produce and products from non-bovine species like Camel, Sheep, Goat, Donkeys were discussed to improve production capacity, quality and marketing strategies.…
