An artisan decorates idol of the elephant-headed Hindu deity Ganesha at a workshop ahead of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival in Beawar. Ganesh Chaturthi festival is an annual Hindu festival. It is believed that Lord Ganesha is the God of New Beginnings and the Remover of Obstacles, as well as the god of wisdom, intelligence, fortune & prosperity. The tenth day festival will be celebrated across the country from 7th September till 17th September 2024.
