Electronic voting machine distribution for Baramulla Lok Sabha seat

The Baramulla Lok Sabha constituency is set to go to the polls on May 20, 2024. This seat encompasses areas that have been at the center of armed insurgency since 1989. Five years after the Bharatiya Janata Party revoked Jammu and Kashmir’s special status, placing it under the direct control of New Delhi, voters are now expressing their dissent through their votes. A significant turnout is expected in Baramulla seat. Voters are determined to make their voices heard and bring about the change they have longed for in the region.
