Kumari Puja celebrated Adyapith temple in Kolkata by Sayantan Chakraborty
Kumari Puja was celebrated in a grand ceremony at Adyapith temple in Dakshineswar. About 2000 children are worshiped as Kumari. On this folkloric day Goddess Adya, comes to the Adyapith temple in the form of a Kumari. Since then, every year the day is celebrated in Adyapith Temple.
