Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield of US speaks before vote on resolution put forward by US at SC meeting at UN Headquarters in New York. Resolution was vetoed by China and Russia. In total 11 countries voted for, 3 against (Algeria, China and Russia) and 1 abstained (Guyana).
