Activists gathered on Times Square in front of U. S. Army Recruiting Office in New York for vigil of airman Aaron Bushnell who died of self immolation at theIsraeli embassy in Washington, DC. Heavy rain did not stop more than hundred activists from staging the rally and expressing support for Palestine. The conflict started after Hamas staged an incursion into Israel killing more than 1200 people mostly civilians and taking more than 200 hostages, which led to Israel launching military offensives into Gaza. Aaron Bushnell set himself on fire in front of the Israeli embassy in Washington, DC in protest of the US supporting Israel.
