Mobilization in Rome today to demand the release of the Italian-Palestinian student Khaled El Qaisi, who was arrested by Israel a month ago at the Allenby crossing between the West Bank and Jordan and has been held in prison since then without charge.
The demonstration took place in front of the headquarters of RAI (Radio Televisione Italiana, the leading television station in Italy) to protest against the lack of information on El Qaisi, an Italian citizen, and his arrest in Israel. Similar demonstrations were held in front of major TV stations in several Italian cities.
