Spain: Flamenco and latin soul singer, Pitingo, announces the closing of his tour in Spain by Hugo Ortuño
The Spanish flamenco, latin soul singer and experimental musician dedicated to mixing genres Antonio Manuel Alvarez Velez (Huelva, 1980), known artistically as Pitingo, is seen on Friday, September 29, 2023, during a pose for the media in Madrid (Spain). The artist commemorates two decades of successes that he has shared with great national and international music stars such as Roger Waters, Sam Moore, Juanes, Nelly Furtado, El Cigala, Phill Collins, Alicia Keys or Enrique Morente. Pitingo has announced the farewell of his 2023 tour with three great concerts in three large venues in: Barcelona, Seville and Madrid, the closing of the tour whose benefits will go entirely to the Prodis Foundation, which supports people with intellectual disabilities in their employment and social integration. This will be the last opportunity to enjoy the new show 'Souleria de ida y vuelta' with which he has triumphed in Latin America and the US. A show designed to pay tribute to the greatest hits of Latin American music and twin them with flamenco, soul and gospel, maintaining the message he has transmitted throughout his career: the equality of all cultures and races in the world.
