Mayor Eric Adams tours of the former office building being converted to housing as residential in Lower Manhattan. Amid housing shortage in the city, the mayor called on conversion of empty office buildings into residential. 160 Water street former office building is undergoing full reconstruction to hold almost 600 apartments at market price. Mayor was accompanied by Richard Coles, founder and managing partner of Vanbarton Group behind this project.
