Today the flag off ceremony of the 131st Edition of The Durand Cup 2022 “Trophy Tour” was held at the parade ground of Fort William. This event was attended by Shri Aroop Biswas, Hon. Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs, Power, Govt of West Bengal, Lt. Gen. R. P. Kalita, UYSM, AVSM, SM, VSM, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Command, Lt. Gen. K.K.Repswal, SM, VSM, Chief of Staff, Eastern Command and Chairman Durand Organising Committee. After traveling all over India, the Durand Cup will return to Kolkata on 30th August. This year Durand Cup will be played in Kolkata, Guwahati and Manipur. The Durand Cup will played from 16th August to 18th september.
