Theresa Rivera design artists paint mural ‘Love NYC’ on windows covered by plywood at Buchmann Tower, Midtown East, Manhattan. Artists were invited by building management. Building windows were boarded up with plywood in anticipation of vandalism during protests amid COVID-19 pandemic.
