India: Tulip Festival

In this year’s Tulip festival, the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) imported 3.25 lakh tulip bulbs from the Netherlands, planting 2.25 lakh of them in various open spaces. The centerpiece of the display is at Shanti Path, where 1.46 lakh bulbs have been planted.
