The Brazilian photographer Sebastião Salgado (Brazil, 1944), is seen on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, while presenting his most recent photographic exhibition 'Amazônia', at the Villa Cultural Center, in Madrid (Spain). The exhibition includes a gigantic selection with 200 images, most of them in large format, seven films, largely starring indigenous peoples, and a soundtrack composed especially for the project by Jean-Michel Jarre in which sounds from the Amazon were used, known as the lungs of the planet.
