The Italian Foreign Affairs Ministry hosted in Rome the UN’s “Decade Of Action”. The European Union And The Sustainable Development Goals” conference in Rome,
a conference which is meant to promote sustainabilty from here to 2030, a target date which has been set by the UN and international agencies in order to avert climatic deterioration.
Seventeen objectives including education, health, gender equality and employment have been presented so that the European Union and the rest of the world can improve sustainability development by 2030.
The conference, which was was opened by Ambassador Elisabetta Belloni, the Secretary-General of the Farnesina, was also attended by dignataries from many foreign embassies in Rome.
