Nepal: Celebrates Indrajatra festival on last day by Archana Shrestha
People participate in celebrion and procession of Living Godeess Kumari, Ganesh and Bhairav during the last day of Indrajatra festival at Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square. Indra Jatra is an eight day festival with a chariot procession dedicated to Goddess Kumari, Lord Ganesh and Bhairav, as well as worshiping Indra,the god of rain marking the end of monsoon season.
