Kashmir: Boat capsize 6 dead, 4 rescued, 19 still missing

A boat carrying a group of people has capsized in a river in Indian-administered Kashmir, drowning six of them, The boat capsized in the Jhelum River near Srinagar, the region’s main city, on Monday.Most of the passengers were children on their way to school, and rescuers were searching for the missing.Around 15 people, several children among them, are missing after the accident,” a local official told the news agency on condition of anonymity because he was not authorised to speak to the media.
