Spain: The Finnish-Spanish singer Conchita composes a song against cancer

With seven albums behind her, the Finnish-born Spanish composer and singer Conchita (Helsinki, 1980), who released 'La bola de nieve' in March of this year, her seventh studio album and with who went on a tour touring several cities in Spain and Mexico, is seen on stage on Saturday, October 21, 2023, during his participation in the 'Cadena 100. Por ellas' concert, which this year celebrates its tenth anniversary, at the WiZink Center, in Madrid (Spain). The 'Cadena 100. Por ellas' concert returns one more year to the WiZink Center to raise funds for cancer research with a line-up of top artists such as: Chanel, Vicco, Rozalen, Edurne, Lorena Gomez, Alvaro de Luna, Nil Moliner, Sergio Dalma, Beret & Mr. Rain, Conchita and Alvaro Soler have come together to give voice to a night full of emotion, already converted into the great event to support all those people who have fought or are fighting against the disease. At the same time, Iñigo Quintero, the young man from La Coruña who is breaking records on Spotify and on social networks, made his debut on stage performing his hit 'Si no estas'. Last year, the Spanish Association Against Cancer allocated 17 million euros for 79 research projects. This year it is expected to reach 26 million, with a goal for 2030 of exceeding 70 percent cancer survival, because not all cancers have as high a survival rate as breast cancer.
