Officers of the Wild Rescue Unit of the Center for Conservation and Natural Resources (BKSDA) managed to evacuate an Anoa (Bubalus quarlesi)) in Morowali, central Sulawesy after being snared and about to be sold by irresponsible people. This endemic animal on the island of Sulawesi, which is endangered, is currently being treated and caged by the BKSDA because one of its legs was injured due to being caught in a trap.
