According to the head of the neighborhood association, Mr. Fathudin, the idea to change the village comes from Forum of Jakarta Citizens which is then supported by the community. Mr. Fathudin and the Forum of Jakarta Citizens also gave counseling to the citizens to not smoke in the family home and did not dump waste into the river. In addition to eliminating the impression of slum in the village, this project also makes the village more friendly for child.
