2 weeks after Typhoon Ulysses ravaged in Central Luzon, parts in Binangonan, Rizal especially around Binangonan Fish port are still experiencing almost knee-deep flood today, November 23, 2020. For safety, barangay officials in Libis installed a makeshift bridge for the residents going inside and outside the port.
