Durul an authentic Muslim Cuisine, a traditional Tausug delicacy, the rice cake (suman) version of Sulu and Tawi-Tawi made of rice flour, coffee and sugar. Durul" is one of the native foods served by the Tausug from Jolo Sulu and Tawi-Tawi. It is served as part of bangbang (delicacies) in many occasions and it is also one of the best Tausug treats
