Press conference by mayor Eric Adams on expiration of eviction moratorium

Mayor Eric Adams arrives for press conference on expiration of eviction moratorium for city tenants at Collect Pond Park. Moratorium on eveiction was started in March 2020 as result of many people lost their income because of COVID-19 pandemic. It is set to expire in New York State on January 15, 2022. Mayor Adams joined other politician to call on federal treasure to release more moneys to help tenants and landlords. Mayor was joined by Tenant Outreach Director Jasmin Batista. Mayor was wearing facial mask with his signature slogan: Get Stuff Done (GSD).
