Congress activists burnt an effigy with the picture of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah during a protest against the Agnipath scheme and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) summoning of its former chief Rahul Gandhi, at Mahtama Gandhi Circle in Beawar.
