1000s protest Kavanaugh, vow to continue

On October 4 and 5, 2018, thousands of protesters flooded Washington DC to protest the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Over 600 people were arrested in the Hart Senate office buildings and for over 7 hours protesters staged a sit-in inside Maine Senator Susan Collins' office. The Republican senator was a key swing vote and said she will vote to confirm the nominee.
