India: UNESCO heritage site Elephanta Caves by Sandeep Rasal
After 70 years of independence power supply has finally reached Elephanta Caves 25kml from Mumbai. Before these villages used to have electricity for 3 hours a day via generator. A 7.5-km long undersea cable has brought electricity to the world-famous Gharapuri Isle, which houses the UNESCO world heritage site on 23 February in Mumbai.
