India: Kashmir shuts on day 3 over killings by Muzamil Mattoo
Protests erupted in Indian administered Kashmir on Day 3. Curfew was implemented in many parts of Kashmir valley to thrawt the protest call given by Pro Freedom camp against the recent civilian killings.Thirteen suspected militants, Five civilians and three Indian army men were killed in separate encounters in Shopian district of south Kashmir on Sunday 1 April 2018. More than 200 civilians were inujured after protestors clashed with Indian Forces following the encounters in several parts of Shopian District. The Pro-Freedom camp have called for valley wide shutdown on Tuesday against the killings.
