US: Winter storm Toby hits New York City by Erik McGregor
Winter Storm Toby, the fourth nor'easter in less than three weeks, may be one of the heaviest snowstorms this late in the season, bringing heavy, wet snow in parts of the Northeast, falling at the rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour; the so-called “four'easter” still could bring more than a foot of snow to various major cities along the East Coast like New York City. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced public schools in the city would be closed on March 21, 2018.
