China: Traditional skill of making tea seed oil by SIPA ASIA
As the Spring Festival is approaching, villagers of Dong and Miao Villages become busy with making tea seed oil in Congjiang, southwest China's Guizhou Province. Tea seed oil (also known as tea oil camellia or oil-seed camellia) is an edible, pale amber-green fixed (nonvolatile) oil with a sweet, herbal aroma. It is cold-pressed mainly from the seeds of Camellia oleifera.
