The small town of San Pedro Manrique celebrated the anciente tradition of 'El Paso del Fuego' during the night of San Juan, which welcomes the summer season. The ritual consists in starting a bonfire and locals stepping barefoot on hot coals without burning the soles of their feet, most times with someone on their back.
