Italy: Book Presentation Neapolitan Cuisine by Fabio Sasso
Caserta, this evening was presented the book “The Neapolitan Cuisine Luciano Pignataro”. The presentation is in the place of the star’s restaurant chef Rosanna Marziale, in Viale Giulio Douhet. The tables of the speakers are Antonio Limone- Director Zooprofilattico Portici, Franco Pepe Maestro Pizzaiolo, Domenico Raimondo- President Consortium of DOP Buffalo Mozzarella, and Lorenzo Iuliano.
