Thailand: Red Shirt Leader Gets 2 Year Sentences by Thitinun Sampiphat
Yotwarit Chuklom (aka. Jeng Dokjik ) a comedian turned politician and Red shirt Leader gets 2 years sentenced in jail for term of Lese Majeste Law (Article 112) by The Supreme Court of Thailand.
On 7 March 2017 at the Criminal Court on Ratchadapisek Rd., Bangkok. The Supreme Court has confirmed the verdict of the lower courts by sentenced him for 2 years for a speech and a gesture at a red-shirt United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) rally on 28 March 2010.
In the speech, he discussed why it was so difficult for Abhisit to dissolve the House. During the speech, he acts his body language to mean to the very high position person whom he could not dare to state the name.
